Chicken Tandoori Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 kg Chicken
– 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
– ½ cup Curd
– 100 grams EMUNAH Tandoori Masala
– Oil (for brushing)
Method of preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine curd, ginger-garlic paste, and EMUNAH Tandoori Masala.
- Marinate the chicken with this paste, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for one hour.
- Preheat your oven to the appropriate temperature for roasting.
- After marination, brush some oil on the marinated chicken pieces.
- Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Roast the chicken in the preheated oven until it’s cooked through and has a nice char on the outside.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Serve your delicious Chicken Tandoori hot with your favorite accompaniments.
