Required Items: Chicken 1K.G, Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp, 1⁄2 cup curd, 100 gram EMUNAH Tandoori Masala.

Method of preparation: Mix Curd, Ginger-Garlic paste, EMUNAH Tandoori Masala. Marinate chicken with this paste for one hour. Later apply oil on that and roast it in oven. Now Chicken Tandoori is ready to serve.
Do not add Salt.

Chicken Tandoori Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken

– 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

– ½ cup Curd

– 100 grams EMUNAH Tandoori Masala

– Oil (for brushing)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine curd, ginger-garlic paste, and EMUNAH Tandoori Masala.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this paste, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for one hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to the appropriate temperature for roasting.
  4. After marination, brush some oil on the marinated chicken pieces.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  6. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven until it’s cooked through and has a nice char on the outside.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Serve your delicious Chicken Tandoori hot with your favorite accompaniments.
