Chicken Korma Recipe
Ingredients:

1 kg cleaned chicken

3 tablespoons ghee
-
4 large onions, chopped
-
3 tomatoes, chopped
-
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

2 tablespoons Emunah Korma Masala

½ cup curd
-
1 cup grated coconut
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
Salt to taste
Method:

Mix salt with curd and coat the chicken pieces well. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Heat ghee in a thick pan. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and ginger garlic paste. Fry until they turn soft and slightly brown.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan.

Add Emunah Korma Masala, lemon juice, and grated coconut. Mix everything well.

Cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken becomes soft and the gravy thickens.

Adjust salt and serve hot with rice, chapati, or naan.
Mutton Korma Recipe
Ingredients:
All the same ingredients as the chicken recipe, plus:

Mint leaves
-
Coriander leaves
-
Green chillies
Method:

Cook the mutton in water with a little salt until it becomes soft.

In another pan, heat ghee and fry onions, tomatoes, and ginger garlic paste until soft and golden.

Add the cooked mutton, Emunah Korma Masala, lemon juice, grated coconut, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chillies. Mix well.

Cook until the gravy becomes thick and the flavours blend nicely.

Adjust salt and serve hot.
