Butter Chicken Masala Powder

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken

– 3 tbsp Ghee

– 3 big Onions

– 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

– 3 medium-sized Tomatoes

– 1 ¼ cups Curd

– 2 tbsp Butter

– 2 stems Coriander Leaves

– 3 tbsp Emunah Butter Chicken Masala

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat ghee in a vessel.
  2. Add chopped onions and fry until light brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Fry until the tomatoes are mashed well.
  4. Add chicken, curd, and Emunah Butter Chicken Masala. Cook until the chicken is well cooked.
  5. Add butter and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Do not add salt.
