Chicken Chilli Masala Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken

– 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste

– 1 Raw Egg

– Oil, for frying

– 4 Onions, chopped

– 2 Green Chillies, chopped

– 1 Bell Pepper, chopped

– 3 Tomatoes, chopped

– 50g Ghee

– 1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce

– 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

– 2 tablespoons Curd

– 2 cloves Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method of preparation:

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Drain excess water.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 5 tablespoons of Emunah Chicken Chilli Masala, ginger-garlic paste, and a raw egg. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a thick-bottomed pan, heat ghee. Add chopped onions and fry until slightly browned.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, bell pepper, and tomatoes to the pan. Stir and fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add curd, soy sauce, and chilli sauce to the mixture. Continue to fry until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Now, add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan. Mix well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Squeeze 2 lemons over the chicken and add chopped coriander leaves. Stir and remove from the flame.
  8. Do not add salt as Emunah Chicken Chilli Masala already contains salt.
