Chicken Sukka Recipe
Ingredients:

1 kg chicken (cleaned)

2 tablespoons Emunah Chicken Sukka Masala

2 onions, finely chopped
-
3 green chillies, slit
-
1 tomato, chopped
-
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
-
1½ cups grated coconut
-
2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
-
Curry leaves
-
Tamarind (small piece or 1 tsp pulp)
-
Salt to taste

Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:

Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan.

Add chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, and ginger garlic paste. Fry until golden and aromatic.

Add the chopped tomato and sauté until soft.

Add the chicken pieces and mix well.

Add Emunah Chicken Sukka Masala, a little salt, and a small piece of tamarind. Mix everything together.

Cover and cook until the chicken becomes soft. No need to add water; the chicken will release moisture.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the grated coconut.

Cook on medium heat until the mixture becomes dry and well coated with masala.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
