Biryani Masala Powder

Chicken biryani recipe:

Ingredients:

– ½ kg Chicken

– ½ kg Basmati rice

– ½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste

– 2 Onions

– 1 Tomato

– ¼ tsp Saffron (kesar)

– ¼ cup Milk

– ½ cup Curd

– Coriander leaves

– Mint leaves

– 50g Ghee

– 25g Cashew nuts

– 25g Raisins (dry grapes)

– 1½ tbsp EMUNAH Chicken Biryani Powder

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat ghee in a vessel.
  2. Fry one chopped onion, cashew nuts, and raisins until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same ghee, fry the remaining onion, tomato, mint, and coriander leaves.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken pieces, curd, and EMUNAH Chicken Biryani Powder. Cook until the chicken is about ¼ done.
  6. Meanwhile, half-cook the basmati rice separately.
  7. Layer half-cooked basmati rice over the chicken mixture.
  8. Sprinkle the saffron soaked in milk over the rice.
  9. Spread the fried onion, cashew nuts, and raisins over the rice.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  11. Cover with a lid and cook until both chicken and rice are completely done.
  12. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.

Butter Chicken Masala

Butter Chicken Masala Powder

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken

– 3 tbsp Ghee

– 3 big Onions

– 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

– 3 medium-sized Tomatoes

– 1 ¼ cups Curd

– 2 tbsp Butter

– 2 stems Coriander Leaves

– 3 tbsp Emunah Butter Chicken Masala

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat ghee in a vessel.
  2. Add chopped onions and fry until light brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Fry until the tomatoes are mashed well.
  4. Add chicken, curd, and Emunah Butter Chicken Masala. Cook until the chicken is well cooked.
  5. Add butter and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Do not add salt.

Chicken Chilli Masala Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken

– 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste

– 1 Raw Egg

– Oil, for frying

– 4 Onions, chopped

– 2 Green Chillies, chopped

– 1 Bell Pepper, chopped

– 3 Tomatoes, chopped

– 50g Ghee

– 1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce

– 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

– 2 tablespoons Curd

– 2 cloves Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method of preparation:

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Drain excess water.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with 5 tablespoons of Emunah Chicken Chilli Masala, ginger-garlic paste, and a raw egg. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a thick-bottomed pan, heat ghee. Add chopped onions and fry until slightly browned.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, bell pepper, and tomatoes to the pan. Stir and fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add curd, soy sauce, and chilli sauce to the mixture. Continue to fry until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Now, add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan. Mix well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Squeeze 2 lemons over the chicken and add chopped coriander leaves. Stir and remove from the flame.
  8. Do not add salt as Emunah Chicken Chilli Masala already contains salt.

Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe

Ingredients:

– ½ kg Chicken

– ½ cup Thick Curd

– 1 tbsp Sugar or Jaggery

– 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

– 50g Ghee

– Curry Leaves

– Coriander Leaves

– 2 tbsp EMUNAH Chicken Ghee Roast Masala Powder

Method of preparation:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in thick curd.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat 2 tbsp of ghee.
  3. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes until partially done. Remove the semi-cooked chicken from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining ghee, ginger-garlic paste, EMUNAH Chicken Ghee Roast Masala, sugar or jaggery, curry leaves, and the chicken pieces.
  5. Stir well, cover, and allow it to cook completely.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Your favorite Chicken Ghee Roast is ready to serve.

– 1 kg Chicken

– 3 Green Chillies

– 2 Onions

– 100g Tomato

Chicken Lollipop Masala

Chicken Lollipop Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken drumstick Pieces, cleaned

– 100g Emunah Chicken LollipopMasala

– 1 Egg

– 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste

– 2 tablespoons Gatti Hosar (a type of seasoning)

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack open the chicken egg and beat it well.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, Emunah Chicken LollipopMasala, and Gatti Hosar to the bowl with the beaten egg. Mix everything well to form a smooth marinade.
  4. Add the cleaned chicken pieces to the marinade. Ensure that each piece is coated evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least thirty minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium-high heat.

 

  1. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces to the oil in batches. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside, and the chicken is fully cooked on the inside.
  2. Remove the fried chicken lollipops from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  3. Your delicious Chicken Lollipops are now ready to be served. Enjoy them as a tasty appetizer or snack!

Note: Do not add salt as Emunah Chicken LollipopMasala already contains salt. Adjust seasoning according to taste preference.
