- 6 green peppers
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 2 tablespoons Emunah Pork Chilli Masala
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce

Method
- Wash the pork and cut it into four large pieces. Boil with the vinegar and salt for 5 minutes, then drain. Once cooled, cut into smaller pieces.
- Deep-fry the pork pieces in a heavy-bottomed pan until browned. Drain the excess oil and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the chopped onions, capsicum, green peppers, garlic and ginger.
- Once the vegetables begin to soften, add Emunah Pork Chilli Masala, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well.

This pork chilli masala is amazing. The flavour is bold and spicy, and the dish turns out really tasty without much effort. Tastes just like a good restaurant-style pork chilli at home. Definitely one of the best I’ve tried.
