Kori rotti Masala

Kori Rotti Masala Powder:

Chicken Curry with Emunah Kori Rotti Masala

Ingredients:

– 1 kg Chicken

– 6 tbsp Ghee

– 3 Big Onions

– 3 Big Tomatoes, chopped

– 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

– 1 cup Coconut Milk

– 2 stems Coriander Leaves

– 3 tbsp Emunah Kori Rotti Masala

Method of Preparation:

  1. Heat 6 tbsp of ghee in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and fry until they turn light brown.
  3. Stir in 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and continue frying until the tomatoes are mashed.
  5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan.
  6. Pour in 1 cup of coconut milk.
  7. Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Emunah Kori Rotti Masala over the chicken.
  8. Mix well and cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Note: Do not add salt as per the instructions.

Mutton Curry with Emunah Mutton Masala

Ingredients:

– Mutton, cooked and kept aside

– Ghee

– Onion, sliced

– Tomato, chopped

– Ginger Garlic Paste

– Curry Leaves

– 3 tbsp Emunah Mutton Masala

– Lime Juice

– Coriander Leaves, for garnish

Method of Preparation:

  1. Cook the mutton until tender and set aside.
  2. In a vessel, heat ghee over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onion and fry until it becomes brown.
  4. Add chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, and curry leaves to the vessel.
  5. Fry well until the tomatoes are cooked and mashed.
  6. Stir in 3 tbsp of Emunah Mutton Masala and continue frying for another minute.
  7. Add the cooked mutton to the vessel and mix well.
  8. Pour in lime juice and mix again.
  9. Allow the curry to boil for 5 minutes.

Pasta/Noodles Masala

Pasta Dish (Serves 4):

 

Ingredients:

– 200g Pasta

– 2 Onions, sliced

– 2 Tomatoes, chopped

– 1 Capsicum, diced

– 1 cup Spring Onion, chopped

– 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

– Elaine Pasta Masala

– 2 tbsp Oil/Butter

Method of preparation:

  1. Prepare the Pasta:

– Boil 4 cups (1 liter) of water in a large pot.

– Add the pasta, along with 2 teaspoons of salt and a drizzle of oil, into the boiling water.

– Cook the pasta until it is al dente (tender but still firm to the bite).

– Once cooked, strain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set it aside.

  1. Cook the Vegetables:

– Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

– Add the sliced onions to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until they become translucent.

– Stir in the chopped tomatoes and diced capsicum, and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized.

  1. Combine with Pasta:

– Add 4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup to the skillet, stirring well to coat the vegetables.

– Add the pre-cooked pasta to the skillet along with a generous sprinkle of Elaine Pasta Masala.

– Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and masala.

– 1 tbsp Lime Juice

– 1 litre Cold Water

– 4 tbsp Emunah Pani Puri Masala

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pani:

Paneer Masala:

Ingredients:

– 1 packet ELAINE Paneer Mix

– 1 cup Water (250ml)

– 1 tbsp Curd

– 200-250g Fried Paneer Pieces

– 1 Medium-sized Onion (about 40g), finely chopped

– 4 tbsp Tomato Paste

– 1 tbsp Butter

– 1-2 tbsp Fresh Cream

– Chopped Coriander Leaves, for garnish

– Extra Coriander Leaves for Garnish (optional)

Method of preparation:

  1. Prepare the Gravy:

– In a medium-sized pan, pour the entire contents of the ELAINE Paneer Mix packet.

– Add 1 cup of water (250ml) and 1 tablespoon of curd to the pan.

– Mix the ingredients well until they form a smooth paste.

  1. Add Paneer and Vegetables:

– Once the mixture is smooth, add the fried paneer pieces to the pan.

– Add the finely chopped onion and 4 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan as well.

– Stir the ingredients gently to ensure the paneer and vegetables are evenly coated with the masala mixture.

  1. Simmer the Mixture:

– Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the mixture over low heat for 8-10 minutes.

– This allows the flavors to meld together and the gravy to thicken.

  1. Add Butter and Fresh Cream:

– After simmering, remove the lid and add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.

– Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of fresh cream as well.

– Stir the mixture gently to incorporate the butter and cream, creating a rich and creamy texture.

  1. Garnish and Serve:

– Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the paneer masala for added freshness and flavor.

– Optionally, garnish with extra coriander leaves for a vibrant presentation.

– 2 tsp Garlic Paste

– 2 Onions, finely chopped

– 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped

– 2 tbsp EMUNAH Pav Bhaji Masala Powder

– Salt, to taste

– 500g Mixed Vegetables (Potatoes, Green Peas, Cauliflower, Capsicum), boiled and mashed

– Butter, for cooking and serving

– Chopped Coriander Leaves, for garnish

– Pav (Bread)

– Chopped Onions, for serving

– Lemon Slices, for serving

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic paste and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions to the pan and cook until they turn soft and translucent, stirring occasionally. This should take around 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once the onions are cooked, add the finely chopped tomatoes to the pan. Continue cooking until the tomatoes are completely softened and mashed, stirring occasionally. This process usually takes about 5-8 minutes.
  4. Once the tomatoes are well cooked, add 2 tablespoons of EMUNAH Pav Bhaji Masala Powder and salt to taste. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  5. Now, add the boiled and mashed mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir well to combine the vegetables with the masala mixture. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the flavors meld together.
  6. As the bhaji cooks, toast the pav (bread) on a griddle or skillet with a little butter until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  7. Once the bhaji is cooked to your desired consistency, add a generous knob of butter to the pan. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the bhaji and mix well until the butter melts and incorporates into the mixture.
