Kasuri Methi

Emunah Kitchen Master Masala Powder
For Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Cooking:
Ingredients:
– 1/2 kg Vegetable, Fish, or Meat
– 1 cup Grated Coconut
– Water (as required)
– 50g Emunah Kitchen Master Masala Powder
– Salt (to taste)
– Optional: Oil, Garlic, Curry Leaves for tempering
Method of Preparation:
- In a cooking vessel, combine the vegetable, fish, or meat with 1 cup of grated coconut.
- Add water as required to the mixture.
- Mix in 50g of Emunah Kitchen Master Masala Powder and salt to taste.
- Cook the vegetable, fish, or meat with the above ingredients until it is fully cooked and tender.
Optional:
– For added flavor, you can temper the cooked dish with oil, garlic, and curry leaves.

Kori Rotti Masala
Kori Rotti Masala Powder:
Chicken Curry with Emunah Kori Rotti Masala
Ingredients:
– 1 kg Chicken
– 6 tbsp Ghee
– 3 Big Onions
– 3 Big Tomatoes, chopped
– 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
– 1 cup Coconut Milk
– 2 stems Coriander Leaves
– 3 tbsp Emunah Kori Rotti Masala
Method of Preparation:
- Heat 6 tbsp of ghee in a large pan.
- Add chopped onions and fry until they turn light brown.
- Stir in 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and continue frying until the tomatoes are mashed.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan.
- Pour in 1 cup of coconut milk.
- Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Emunah Kori Rotti Masala over the chicken.
- Mix well and cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
Note: Do not add salt as per the instructions.

Millet Health Mix
Millet Health Mix:
– 2 tablespoons EMUNAHÂ Millet Health Mix
– Water
– Pinch of Salt
– Milk (optional)
– Sugar (optional)
Method of Preparation:
- Take 2 tablespoons of EMUNAH Millet Health Mix and add it to a glass of water.
- Mix well to ensure the health mix is evenly distributed in the water.
- Boil the mixture while stirring frequently for 4 to 5 minutes until it thickens and forms a porridge-like consistency.
- Optionally, add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
- If desired, you can also add milk and sugar to taste for additional sweetness and creaminess.
- Stir well to incorporate the milk and sugar into the porridge.
- Serve the EMUNAH Health Mix Porridge hot and enjoy as a nutritious and filling breakfast or snack.
Note: Adjust the amount of milk and sugar according to your preference for taste and consistency
Mutton Masala
Mutton Masala:
Mutton Curry with Emunah Mutton Masala
Ingredients:
– Mutton, cooked and kept aside
– Ghee
– Onion, sliced
– Tomato, chopped
– Ginger Garlic Paste
– Curry Leaves
– 3 tbsp Emunah Mutton Masala
– Lime Juice
– Coriander Leaves, for garnish
Method of Preparation:
- Cook the mutton until tender and set aside.
- In a vessel, heat ghee over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and fry until it becomes brown.
- Add chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, and curry leaves to the vessel.
- Fry well until the tomatoes are cooked and mashed.
- Stir in 3 tbsp of Emunah Mutton Masala and continue frying for another minute.
- Add the cooked mutton to the vessel and mix well.
- Pour in lime juice and mix again.
- Allow the curry to boil for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

Natural Herbal Masala
Natural Herbal Drink Masala:
Ingredients:
– Milk
– 1 tablespoon Natural Herbal Drink Masala
– sugar to taste
Method of Preparation:
- Heat one cup of milk until hot.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Natural Herbal Drink Masala to the hot milk.
- Stir well until the it is completely dissolved in the milk.
- Add sugar to taste, stirring until it dissolves completely.
- Serve hot and enjoy your beverage.
This method will yield a delicious hot drink. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference.
Panipuri Masala
Panipuri Masala Powder
PaniPuri Pani Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp Lime Juice
– 1 litre Cold Water
– 4 tbsp Emunah Pani Puri Masala
– Ice Cubes (optional)
– 10g Coriander Leaves
– 10g Mint Leaves
– 1 Green Chilli
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pani:
– In a large bowl, pour 1 litre of cold water.
– Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to the water.
– Stir in 4 tablespoons of Emunah Pani Puri Masala until well combined.
- Optional: Add Ice Cubes:
– If desired, add ice cubes to the water to chill it further and enhance the refreshing taste.
- Enhance the Flavor (Optional):
– For an extra burst of flavor, grind 10g of coriander leaves, 10g of mint leaves, and 1 green chilli into a fine paste.
– Add this paste to the prepared pani mixture and stir well to incorporate the flavors.
- Serve:
– Your flavorful pani puri pani is ready to be served with crispy puris and delicious fillings.
